Step 1: Custom Designs Provided
You provide us with what you want, both 2D and 3D drawings are accepted.
Step 2: Set up New Clay Mold
When you confirm to start samples, then we will arrange clay mold for the sample. This is the first step of molding. The clay Mold shape is the same as a finished production.
Step 3: Set up New Aluminum Mold
After you confirm the Clay Mold, we will arrange to make the first set of Aluminum Mold. This is to make samples. This mold will be continued to use when mass production.
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing
Mass productions will be arranged when you confirm pre-production samples. Production lead time generally is 15~30 days. Finally, it depends on whether your order qty is big or small.
Step 5: Printing
There are two different ways to print logos.
One color logo usually is pad printing. For multi-color logos, we use heat transfer printing, also known as decal printing.
It depends on logo artwork and customer’s requirements.
Step 6: Packing
Normal Packaging is each pc in a polybag, this is the simplest and most cost-efficient packaging. Most of the customers select this way to save costs. It depends on your requirements.
Step 7: Shipping
7 days before packing, we will inform you to send us shipping instructions to arrange booking and shipping. 14 days before ETD, we need to book shipping space in advance.
You can decide to ship by sea, by air, or by train. All are ok for us.

A6: Generally, our MOQ is 2000pcs. But if a big size or special design, 1000pcs is accepted, it is taken as a sample order and will be expensive due to high labor costs and administration costs.
